Non-Profit Consultant

Myrto is a non-profit consultant, with extensive experience in the field in Greece. She offers strategic advice services to non-profit entities, corporate entities and philanthropic foundations in the areas of strategy planning, grant management, CSR planning, advocacy, restructuring, fundraising, as well as program planning, evaluation and implementation.
She is a Board member at WWF Hellas, a Board member at Stray.gr, a Mentor at Social Dynamo and an SNF Fellow at the Tallberg Foundation.

Her 16 years of experience in the philanthropy and nonprofit sector include 12 years at the Stavros Niarchos Foundation in Athens, Greece. At SNF Myrto led many grants and initiatives and worked closely with INGOs, local NGOs and grassroot initiatives. Her wide expertise spans across all areas of nonprofit work in the Arts, Health and Education, with a deeper expertise in Social Welfare, in which she led the design of programs and initiatives in Refugee & Migration, Childcare & De-institutionalization, Poverty & Homelessness, Microfinance and Public-Private initiatives.

Her professional experience also includes work in the fields of strategic financial consulting in London, UK; business development of a pharmaceutical company, and communications and PR in Athens, Greece.

Myrto holds a BA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics from the University of Oxford and an MSc in Management from the London School of Economics.
